The badge is linked to your fleet account and is read automatically at toll plazas on national highways. The toll amount is deducted from your prepaid balance, so the driver does not need to stop for cash or wait for a receipt. Each transaction is recorded in your dashboard with the plaza name, vehicle registration, and amount.
Yes. Every vehicle in your fleet has its own transaction history. You can filter by registration number, date range, or highway corridor. The dashboard groups expenses by vehicle and by route, so you can see which trucks generate the highest toll costs and adjust their itineraries.
You receive an alert when the balance drops below a threshold you define. You can top up the account from the dashboard using a bank transfer or UPI. There is no need to issue separate cards for each driver, which reduces the risk of a truck being blocked at a toll gate.
Go to the fleet section, enter the vehicle registration number, and link it to an existing badge or request a new one. The vehicle becomes active for toll payments within a few hours. You can also assign a driver name and a default route to make reporting clearer.
The route history shows the toll cost per corridor based on your past trips. You can compare two routes between the same cities and see the difference in toll charges. This helps you decide whether a longer but cheaper road makes sense for a particular delivery.
Check the transaction log for the vehicle and the date. If the entry is missing or the amount looks wrong, use the dispute option in the dashboard. Our support team reviews the plaza data and corrects the record, usually within two working days.

Precise terms that remove ambiguity about vehicle eligibility, transaction timing, and account responsibilities.
The badge applies to commercial goods vehicles with a gross vehicle weight above 12 tonnes. Light commercial vehicles, passenger cars, and two-wheelers fall outside this scope. Each badge is linked to a single registration number, and the same badge cannot be transferred between trucks without updating the fleet profile.
A transaction is recorded only after the toll plaza reader confirms the tag and the lane barrier opens. If the barrier does not open and the driver pays by cash or another method, that passage is not counted as a badge transaction. The timestamp, plaza name, and vehicle registration are captured at the moment of successful reading.
The registered fleet manager is responsible for ensuring the tag is properly mounted and has sufficient balance. If a tag is rejected due to low balance, physical damage, or incorrect mounting, the driver may need to pay the toll by another method. Rejected transactions are flagged in the dashboard so the manager can investigate and resolve the cause before the next trip.
Estimates are based on the current toll rates published for national highways and major corridors, combined with the vehicle class and the distance between entry and exit points. These figures are indicative and may change if the operator applies a different toll rate or if the route includes state highways with separate tariffs. The estimate is refreshed each time the route is planned.
The report lists every completed transaction by vehicle, including plaza name, date, time, and amount deducted. It also groups expenses by corridor and by vehicle, so you can spot patterns such as repeated high-cost segments. The report is generated on the first day of the month and covers the previous calendar month.
