Telepeage Poids Lourds provides a digital platform for managing toll badges, monitoring toll transactions, and tracking route history for commercial vehicles over 12 tonnes. The service covers FASTag-linked accounts and related fleet management tools on Indian national highways and major logistics corridors. We do not operate toll plazas or set toll rates; those remain under the authority of the National Highways Authority of India and state highway agencies.
As a registered user, you agree to provide accurate vehicle registration details, valid contact information, and a legitimate business identity. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You must ensure that each vehicle linked to your fleet has a valid FASTag and that your account balance covers anticipated toll charges. Misuse of the platform, including attempts to bypass toll payments or manipulate transaction records, leads to immediate suspension.
Fleet account recharges are processed through authorized payment channels. Transaction records reflect toll deductions as reported by the toll collection system. While we update your dashboard promptly, the authoritative record of each toll event remains with the toll operator. If you notice a discrepancy between your dashboard and the toll operator's record, contact our support team within 15 days so we can investigate with the relevant authority.
Telepeage Poids Lourds acts as an intermediary between fleet operators and toll collection systems. We are not liable for delays, fines, or penalties imposed by toll authorities due to insufficient account balance, vehicle registration errors, or FASTag malfunction. Our liability is limited to the direct value of the last recharge made through our platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, though we make reasonable efforts to maintain availability.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, provide false information, or use the platform in a way that disrupts service for other users. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any toll charges already incurred through your account. We will provide a final transaction summary within 30 days of account closure.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in toll regulations, platform features, or legal requirements. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
