How we handle fleet and toll data

This page explains what information we collect through the Telepeage platform, why we process it, and the controls you have as a fleet manager or driver.

01 · Account

Registration and profile data

When you create a fleet account, we store the company name, your name, business email, phone number, and vehicle registration numbers. This data is used only to operate your account, issue toll badges, and send transaction alerts.

02 · Transactions

Toll usage and top-up history

Each time a vehicle passes a toll plaza, we record the plaza ID, timestamp, vehicle tag ID, and the amount deducted from your fleet balance. We keep this history to generate expense reports and to help you spot costly routes.

03 · Device

Technical and analytics data

Our servers log standard technical details such as browser type, device model, IP address, and pages visited. We use this aggregated information to improve platform stability and to understand which dashboard features are used most.

04 · Cookies

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your dashboard preferences. Optional analytics cookies help us measure page performance. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing core functionality.

05 · Sharing

Third-party processors

We share limited data with hosting providers, payment gateways for wallet top-ups, and email services that deliver receipts. These processors act on our instructions and are contractually bound to protect your information. We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party.

06 · Rights

Your privacy controls

You may request a copy of your stored data, ask for corrections, or request deletion of your account and associated records. To exercise these rights, email us at info@telepeagepoidslourds.com or call 030 87070403. We respond within 30 days.
